Support checklist
Follow this checklist before escalating. Many common issues get resolved in minutes.
Router restart checklist
- Power off and wait for 30 seconds
- Ensure ONT-to-router cable is firmly connected
- Power on and wait 2-3 minutes before testing
If LAN light is off
- Try another LAN port
- Test with a different cable
- Confirm network adapter is enabled on your device
Optical status indicators
- LOS blinking: usually fiber link issue
- PON off: possible OLT sync issue
- Contact support immediately in either case
If speed looks low
- Run test via LAN cable (not Wi-Fi)
- Test with a single connected device
- Repeat test 2-3 times in peak hours
